Straightforward Process

You do not need to come to any of our office premises or speak to us over the phone before you can use this simplified service. There are three main ways this service works. You start the process by simply completing our online application form here.

 

Option One: When Renting From Our Portfolio

We keep our own in-house rental property portfolio, that includes new build homes, acquired secondhand homes (previously occupied homes that acquire and renovate for onward rental to qualified tenants). If you use our service under this option, you are required to complete and submit our online onboarding forms here

No viewing can be scheduled without you first qualifying to use our services. No Upfront Fees required under this option.

 

Option Two: When Renting From An External Landlord (Sourcing Yourself)

There are instances where the request for rental properties in-house are not enough to meet client demands. You can look for your own qualified property and submit it to us for approval at no upfront fees. It is always advisable that you get pre-qualified first before looking for qualified rental properties on your own for submission.

 

Option Three: When Renting From An External Landlord (Using Our Paid Rental Property Search Assistant)

This option saves you all the stress and hassle in finding the suitable rental property unity that meets your finances and we onboard the external landlord for GRA Rent Tax as well.
