Contrary to what happens out there with many of the landlords who charge 2yrs or more in rent advance, the maximum rent advance you would be required to pay us is what the law says, six(6) months, with the minimum of one(1) month rent advance in some cases. Summary below:

For the business prospective tenants who don't want to go through the stress they can opt for this paid service that does everything, including procuring the tenancy agreement and GRA Rent Tax Onboarding. All this for just GHS300.
