Our Rent & Pay Monthly service is strictly for regular income earners with verifiable net monthly income above GHs1,000. Please don't apply if you don't qualify.

1. EXISTING TDG ECOSYSTEM CUSTOMERS

If you're an existing tenant, or homebuyer or project owner with the DCANS Property Group or existing customer any business of the TDG Ecosystem, you don't need to apply here again as you can use your existing login details to simply login and proceed with your renting process.

No platform fee payment required if you're an existing customer of the group. 

2. NON-EXISTING TDG ECOSYSTEM CUSTOMERS

If you're not an existing customer of any business of The DCANS Group Limited (Rent Now Pay Later Ghana corporate parent), you can only start buying with us by getting pre-qualified in filling the form below. It's important you review all the relevant information on our renting process before you apply. Copy of your completed form will automatically be emailed to you when you click submit.

3. 100% ONLINE APPLICATION

The only way to apply is via our simple online application form below, available 24/7 wherever you are. Copy of your completed form will automatically be emailed to you when you click submit.

There are no paper forms with us!! If you disagree with this operationally efficient mode of application and our platform safety policies, please don't use our services.

4. FRAUD WARNING

If you want to make payment of our one-time platform fee in-person, please don't apply now but wait till our physical payment centres become active soon. Platform or signup fee may only be refundable under certain circumstances.

It costs us money to process your application and automatically email you a copy of your submitted application, so applying now without completing the applicable platform fee payment, creates an uncovered cost and tax event for us, and even a breach of our privacy policy, when you have been told to defer your application now if you prefer to make in-person digital payment, and we have every right to list your details on our fraud page, in line with our 'no-nonsense' anti-fraud policies.
