Q1: Will there be any conditions to your offer?
A1: All of our offers are free of charge and come with no obligation to accept.
Q2: Am I under any obligation if I submit my commercial property details?
A2: You are not under any obligation to continue working with us after you submit your commercial property to us. If you want to work with another buyer or take a different approach to sell your property, you are free to do so.
Q3. Do I need to pay for any upfront fees or commissions?
A3: You do not need to pay for any searches or administrative fees. No Upfront Fees or Commissions when selling to us - Better than your typical agent or broker: We are not agents or brokers.
Q4. Do I need a lawyer?
A4: You may need a lawyer to help you through the process of selling your property.
Q5: Can you stop my respossession?
A5: Yes. If your commercial property is going to be repossessed, we can help.
We can even stop the repossession on the day it’s supposed to take place (although, we do recommend dealing with it straight away, as waiting can increase your chances of losing your property). The sooner you reach out to us, the sooner we can step in and stop your repossession.
Q6: Is there anything that can affect the speed of the sale?
A6: There are a variety of issues that can potentially (land title or indenture title issues, encumbered discoveries, etc…) interrupt the process and slow down the sale. However, we have years of experience dealing with these problems, and our team knows how to work around them efficiently and effectively.
Remember, speed is at the heart of everything we do, and we work hard to complete the process as quickly as possible, without sacrificing mandatory due diligences.
Q7: How do I get the money from the sale?
A7: When the sale is complete, your lawyer (or conveyancer) will pay the total sum you’re owed directly into your bank account. You’ll have access to your money as soon as your bank has processed the deposit and will be able to spend it as you please right away.
Q8: What happens if we pull out of the contract. Will there be any costs?
A8: If we pull out of the contract (unlikely, but there is always a small possibility this could happen), you do not have to pay anything.
Q9: How quickly can you buy my property?
A9: We can buy your property in as little as 2-6 weeks. We pride ourselves on fast service, and we respond quickly. If you accept our offer (after all mandatory due diligence), we’ll get to work right away to complete the sale as soon as possible. In most cases, you’ll get paid within 2 weeks.
