If you have not heard from us within 72 hours of submitting your application, then it means we do not have any vacant rental property that meets your requirements as stated in your form filling or we do not have any vacant rental property to suggest to you as an alternative, so if you choose 'Renting from RNPL Portfolio' in the form below, we may have to put you on our WAITING LIST, or you can choose one of the two options below.

• OPTION 2: No Upfront Fees required if you want to look or source for your own rental property and apply to us to set up the pay monthly service on it for you (by covering the rent advance on it for you). Kindly review the qualified properties section before proceeding under this option. It is advised that you locate your rental property before applying via this option.

• OPTION 3: Upfront Fees will be required if you choose to instruct us to search for an available rental property from external sources on your behalf. Learn more about our Property Search Assistant service.

Note: The minimum qualifying net monthly salary is GHS600. The maximum rent loan you qualify for is 50% of your monthly net salary. So if your net monthly salary is say GHS2,000, you cannot qualify for a rental property with rents above GHS1,000.
